This was the second attempt to get a return shipping label. The initial attempt was using the website.

I was able to establish a service request but never received my shipping label by email. I tried to call numerous times but was disconnected while waiting for customer service. I was able to get through to a service rep who was super helpful but did inform me that getting a shipping label takes up to 5 business days. Really with todays technology it takes 5 business days to create and email a shipping label!

I own probably 10 pair of Costa glasses.

I use your product as I am a fisherman. Please keep me happy.

Horrible customer service

I have been trying to contact customer service for days regarding service request. No one has been helpful at all.

I have been buying costas for 15 years now and this makes me never want t buy another pair ever again. It's disappointing to love sunglasses and not be able to talk to anyone who works there over the phone about them.

I am very disappointed in this service. I paid $420 for a pair of eye glasses, that I needed because I lost my glasses at the beach, (Va.Beach) and now a nose pad came off, I don't know when or how. And I can't seem to get everyone on the phone or get a replacement nose pad for the glasses that I paid $420 for one month ago…….
